16th Annual Student Conference 

Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 

University of Maine Orono 

Join 1000 Maine students, 250 Maine educators, and numerous staff and volunteers for a day of learning and creating with technology! 

This year’s theme will be #Create4ME. 

We are celebrating the power of students to create innovative solutions to challenges in Maine and the spirit of entrepreneurism that is found in some many Maine communities. 

Schedule 

8:00 AM – 8:45 AM – Registration and Light Refreshments (Collins Center) 

8:50 AM – 9:20 AM – Welcome and Opening Keynote (Collins Center) 

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM – Block 1 Workshops (various classrooms) 

10:45 AM – 11:45 AM – Block 2 Workshops (various classrooms) 

11:45 AM – 12:50 PM – Lunch (University dining halls) 

1:00 PM – 2:10 PM – Block 3 Uber Session (Collins Center) 

2:10 PM – 2:40 PM – Closing (Collins Center) 

Registration Information 

Cost: $15 per person 

Session descriptions and locations will be included in the registration form so that students can pick their ses-sions ahead of time. Even students in non-MLTI grades can attend (though chaperones should check the de-vice requirements for each session to make sure students will be able to participate).
