Yesterday Carol Waldron and I had a great time presenting our session for the online conference called Blogging it Up! The first picture is us presenting. 
The conference is scheduled through today so you can catch sessions this afternoon and one this evening. I am certain that the format will be incorporated into more opportunities in the future so this would be a GREAT opportunity for you to try it out. It is fairly simple to use the system. Just click here for the page with the workshop offerings, click on the one you wish to attend and you will see a prompt on how to join in. You will need a speaker phone and your computer.
The sessions are free and they are recorded so if you are unavailable during the scheduled session you can listen and learn later on. And, in the comfort of your own home! Carol and I think of ourselves as two of the guinea pigs who presented workshops so here we are doing our part.
Ha! Ha! Good guinea pigs! I joined the comics session with Barbara Greenstone. She did an excellent job and the smooth flow of participation and the interaction that everyone enjoyed was very impressive. What a great way to learn from the comfort of your own living room. All that was missing was a phone headset, as the only time I had a glitch was when I messed up and dropped my phone and disconnected. It was a wonderfully informative session and fun!
Barbara will be glad to get this feedback! I hope this means you are taking a few minutes to buy a headset this weekend!
